Class Schedules Sushi 101 : Beginner Sushi Making Class During this hands-on, interactive class you will learn essential sushi making techniques. Executive Chef Mikiko Ando will teach students how to prepare handrolls, temarizushi, and other specialized sushi styles, including proper rolling techniques in a fun, relaxed setting.
Sushi 102 : Beginner-Advanced Sushi Making Class The second lesson in our Sushi-Making series, this class builds upon skills learned in our 101 class, focusing on nigiri sushi. Executive Sushi Chef Mikiko Ando leads this hands-on, interactive class in a fun and relaxed setting. Class fee includes all materials and supplies.
| Master Sushi Chef Series DELICA Sushi Bar Executive Sushi Chef Mikiko Ando leads students through a series of fun and exciting lessons designed for food-lovers and sushi enthusiasts in our beautiful Ferry Building location by the bay. All classes are hands-on students can really understand the techniques being taught. Invaluable tips for home-cooking and entertaining are provided so students can impress family and friends. From proper rolling techniques to rice handling, students can progress to more advanced leels, including cuting large fish for sashimi. |
Sushi 10 3: Advanced Sushi Making Class The third lesson in our Sushi-Making Series, this class is culmination of our 101 and 102 classes. Executive Sushi Chef Mikiko Ando teaches students essential knife skills, including how to cut large fish for Sashimi. Class fee includes all materials and supplies.
*Class fee includes: *Classes are open to students 16 and over *Cancellation: Refunds will be gien up to 2 days prior to the scheduled class, after which time the card on file will be charged 100% of the registered class fee. The non-refundable charge may not be applied towards future classses. *Attendance: Students are encouraged to show up 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time.
